Wholesome morning porridge with nuts, seeds, and banana for a nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 50g (1/2 cup) traditional oats
  • 250ml (1 cup) low fat milk
  • 1 tsp LSA
  • 80g (1/3 cup) Henry Jones ® & Co Fruit and Chia Spread Mango, Passionfruit & Chia Seeds, warmed
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 18.40 gm walnuts, toasted, chopped, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine oats and 185ml (3/4 cup) of milk. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, adding more milk as needed until absorbed. Divide the mixture into 2 bowls and serve.
  • Sprinkle LSA, jam, bananas, and walnuts over the porridge and serve warm.
