Decadent microwave fudge made with unsweetened chocolate, evaporated milk, and sugar substitute for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound unsweetened baker's chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1.75 cups evaporated milk
  • 3.5 cups granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 8-inch square baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • Add the chocolate to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine evaporated milk and sweetener gradually, stirring until dissolved. Mix in vanilla extract and chopped chocolate.
  • Microwave the mixture for short bursts, stirring each time, until the chocolate is smooth, about 2 minutes in total. Add walnuts and stir.
  • Smooth the luscious chocolate mixture in the pan. Chill until solid, approximately 2 hours. Slice into 1 1/2-inch squares.
