Healthier version of traditional sugar cookies using sugar-like sweetener for a guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups butter, softened
  • 1 cup granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, sweetener, and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. Add flour and baking powder, then refrigerate dough for at least one hour or overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Use any cookie cutter to create shapes, then place the cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, for about 6 to 8 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
