Revamp your favorite dessert with a healthier twist - low in calories and fat, but still full of flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups fat-free (skim) milk
  • 2 boxes (4-serving size each) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 4 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 48 reduced-fat vanilla wafer cookies
  • 6 small bananas, sliced
  • Additional banana slices for garnish, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine milk and pudding mix in a large bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed until well mixed. Then incorporate yogurt and fold in whipped topping.
  • Layer 24 vanilla wafers in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the wafers. Add a layer of 6 sliced bananas. Pour the rest of the pudding mixture over the bananas. Finish by topping with the remaining 24 vanilla wafers.
  • Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours, not exceeding 8 hours. Add extra banana slices for a delightful presentation right before serving.
