Avocado, sprouts, tomato, Ranch dressing, sesame seeds, smoked Cheddar on English muffins, broiled and topped with a black olive.
Ingredients:
  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Ranch-style salad dressing
  • 4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup shredded smoked Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Turn up the heat in your oven to broil.
  • Lay the muffins split-side up on a baking sheet. Spread mashed avocado on each half and place them next to each other. Evenly top each half with sprouts, tomatoes, onion, dressing, sesame seeds, and cheese.
  • Finish under the broiler until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, for about 5 minutes.
