Chicago's Timothy O'Toole's bar serves a bold Irish whiskey cocktail with Jameson, ginger ale, and lime.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ice cubes, or as needed
  • 2 fluid ounces Irish whiskey (such as Jameson®)
  • 0.75 cup ginger ale, or as needed
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 thin wedge of lime
Instructions:
  • Fill a pint glass with ice cubes. Pour in Irish whiskey, fill the glass with ginger ale, add lime juice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
