Delicious low-carb cauliflower crust pizza topped with Brussels sprouts, onions, and crispy bacon.
Ingredients:
  • 1 CAULIPOWER® Three Cheese Pizza
  • 4 ounces Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), then place the frozen pizza on a sheet pan or pizza pan without thawing.
  • Coat Brussels sprouts in 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper before scattering them on the pizza.
  • Coat the red onion slices with the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil, then place them on top of the Brussels sprouts.
  • Layer the savory bacon over the caramelized onions, generously sprinkle with flavorful grated Parmesan cheese, and add a hint of heat with crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Place in the already hot oven and bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
