Elevate your avocado toast with beet hummus and creamy goat cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices by Laurent Rye Sourdough Vienna
  • 1/2 large ripe avocado, stoned, thickly sliced
  • 130g hommus
  • 50g Tasmanian Goats Cheese, crumbled
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • Baby rocket leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Toast the sourdough until golden brown. Serve on plates.
  • Mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork, then spread it onto the toast. Season, top with hummus and goat cheese, and finish by sprinkling with chives and rocket.
