Red wine vinegar marinade tenderizes juicy rib eye steaks, bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (10 ounce) beef rib eye steaks
Instructions:
  • Combine red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, and pepper in a shallow dish. Add steaks, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill on high heat and gently oil the grate.
  • Grill steaks on the prepared grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Dispose of any leftover marinade.
