The ultimate cheat’s gozleme recipe

Whip up tasty Turkish snack with feta, spinach, & zesty touch of lemon.
Ingredients:
  • 120g baby spinach, washed, roughly chopped
  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 200g grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped mint leaves
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts (optional)
  • 576g pkt Original Super Soft Wraps
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together the spinach, feta, mozzarella cheese, herbs, and pine nuts (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out 12 wraps on a flat surface and slice from the center to the edge of each wrap.
  • Place a 1cm border around the outer edge of each wrap and divide the spinach mixture evenly over each. Fold the wrap into quarters starting from the bottom left, folding up to the top left, then over to the top right, and finally down to the bottom right. Repeat with the remaining gozleme.
  • Press 2 to 4 gozleme in a sandwich press, lightly coat with oil, and cook until golden and heated through (2-3 minutes). Repeat with the rest of the gozleme. Serve halved with a side of lemon.
