Create a decadent 7-Layer Dessert Dip with cheesecake, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, brownie pieces, and strawberries for a delicious and impressive treat without cooking.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 (3.9-oz.) package chocolate flavored instant pudding and pie filling mix (such as Jell-O)
  • 1 (24-oz.) package no-bake cheesecake filling (such as Philadelphia) (scant 4 cups)
  • 2 cups chopped or crumbled brownies
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries (from 1 [16 oz.] container)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries with stems
  • 2 tablespoons shaved dark chocolate (from 1 [3.5-oz.] 70% cacao chocolate candy bar)
  • Crunchy cookies, for dipping
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, vigorously whisk together milk and instant pudding mix until fully dissolved, for approximately 2 minutes. Allow the mixture to set until it thickens, roughly 5 minutes.
  • Smoothly layer the cheesecake filling on the bottom of an 8- or 9-inch square glass dish.
  • Evenly scatter crumbled brownies on top.
  • Evenly spread the luscious pudding mixture over the decadent brownies.
  • Layer the chopped strawberries evenly over the pudding.
  • Using an electric mixer, whip cream, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until medium-stiff peaks form, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Drizzle the luscious whipped cream mixture over the juicy strawberries.
  • Layer the cherries on top of the whipped cream and generously sprinkle with delicate shavings of chocolate.
