Three Cheese Fondue

Indulgent three-cheese fondue featuring Havarti, sharp cheddar, and American cheeses for a delicious twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz Havarti cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 4 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 4 oz American cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 cups French bread cubes
Instructions:
  • Combine cheeses and flour in a medium bowl. Heat wine in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until very hot, being careful not to boil. Gradually add cheese mixture, stirring until melted. Heat until very warm, then stir in garlic powder. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm over medium-low heat.
  • Skewer bread cubes onto fondue forks for dipping into warm cheese for serving.
