Elevate your fondue with the perfect trio of cheeses: Gruyère for nuttiness, Cheddar for tang, and Emmentaler for harmony.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 7 ounces Gruyere cheese, cubed
  • 7 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 7 ounces Emmentaler cheese, cubed
Instructions:
  • Simmer wine in a small saucepan over low heat until it starts to bubble gently.
  • In a saucepan over gentle heat, melt butter. Stir in flour until it forms a thick paste. Pour in wine and whisk until smooth. Slowly add Gruyère, Cheddar, and Emmentaler cheese, and stir until melted, around 5 minutes.
  • Pour the cheese mixture into a fondue pot and keep it warm over a low flame.
