Satisfying stuffed omelets filled with ham, turkey, Cheddar cheese, and veggies. Great for any appetite!
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 slices cooked ham, chopped
  • 3 slices cooked turkey meat, chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large skillet by spraying or lightly greasing it, then heat it over medium heat.
  • Beat 3 eggs in a glass measuring cup until scrambled. Pour into heated skillet, swirl to coat, cover, and cook until firm, about 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle a colorful mix of chopped ham, turkey, green onions, tomato, parsley, green bell pepper, and Cheddar cheese on top. Gently fold the egg in half over the delicious fillings and serve warm. Repeat this process to make a total of 4 scrumptious omelets.
