Elevate your breakfast with flavorful 3-ingredient pancakes topped with yogurt and berries for a delicious and healthy start to your day!
Ingredients:
  • 1 small banana
  • 24.80 gm wholemeal spelt flour
  • 40.00 ml natural yoghurt
  • 50g frozen mixed berries, thawed
Instructions:
  • Combine the banana, egg, and spelt flour in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium. Pour 60ml (1/4 cup) pancake batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden. Repeat to make 2 additional pancakes.
  • Plate the dish and elegantly drizzle with creamy yogurt and a handful of fresh, vibrant berries.
