Irresistible herb-infused baked brie with a gooey center, ideal for dipping crusty baguette and fresh figs into.
Ingredients:
  • 300g brie or similar soft cheese in a box
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 6 thyme sprigs, plus extra leaves to serve
  • Toasted baguette, to serve
  • Figs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C for optimal results.
  • Unwrap the cheese and place it back in its box. Carefully make small slits on the top and stuff with garlic and thyme. Cover with the lid, transfer to a baking tray, and bake for about 10 minutes until warm and melty.
  • Garnish generously with fresh thyme and enjoy with a side of crusty baguette and fresh figs for dipping.
