Decadent liqueur and cream dip, perfect for fresh fruit platters.
Ingredients:
  • 185g (3/4 cup) light sour cream (Pauls brand)
  • 40.40 gm light thickened cream
  • 40.00 ml Tia Maria liqueur
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • Fresh seasonal fruit (such as strawberries, mandarin and rockmelon), to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the sour cream, thickened cream, liqueur, and sugar in a serving bowl until fully blended.
  • Present the fruit beautifully on a platter and enjoy it promptly with the dip.
