Create tiger butter chocolates by melting white chocolate and peanut butter for a simple fudge with dark chocolate stripes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lining it with plastic wrap.
  • Gently melt the white chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water, ensuring to stir often and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent burning.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted white chocolate and peanut butter until smooth. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and use a spatula to create an even surface.
  • Gently melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, stirring often and ensuring to scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula. Drizzle the melted chocolate in stripes over the white chocolate-peanut butter mixture and create a marble pattern using a butter knife.
  • Let the candy rest until it slightly firms up, but is still soft, for about 45 minutes. Then, cut it into squares.
