Butterflied tiger prawns brushed with Parmesan butter, broiled to perfection. A fun and quick family favorite for movie night - kids love the finger food!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven using the broiler setting. Use a sharp knife to remove the tails from the prawns and butterfly them from the underside. Place the prawns on a broiler pan.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan with garlic and lemon juice. Brush 1/4 cup of the butter mixture onto the prawns and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over them.
  • Broil prawns on the top rack for 4 to 5 minutes until done. Serve with extra butter mixture for dipping.
