Indulgent peanut butter and chocolate fudge with a hint of vanilla white chocolate. Perfect for holiday entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound white chocolate
  • 1 pound semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1.3333300352097 cups crunchy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 10x15 inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together in a double boiler over gentle heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan. Drizzle melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top and swirl it with a knife to create a marble pattern. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into 1/2 x 1" pieces.
