Indulge in our decadent Tiger Butter Fudge - a rich blend of peanut butter and chocolate bliss.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan by spraying it with baking spray that includes flour. In a medium microwavable bowl, melt semisweet chocolate chips uncovered in the microwave on High in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add chocolate frosting and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Place peanut butter chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on High in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth. Add in cream cheese frosting and mix well. Spread this mixture over the chocolate layer.
  • Place milk chocolate chips in a small resealable freezer bag and seal it. Microwave on High for 30 to 60 seconds until the chocolate chips are softened. Gently massage the bag until the chips are smooth. Cut a small corner of the bag and squeeze to drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, cover, and refrigerate until firm for about 1 hour. Then, cut into 16 squares.
