Quick and effortlessly delicious tikka masala with rich, slow-cooked flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 87.50 gm tikka masala curry paste
  • 82.50 ml natural yoghurt
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander, chopped
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint, chopped
  • 16 medium green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
  • 500g perch fish fillets, or ling skinless fish fillets (firm white fish), cut into chunks
  • Baby spinach leaves, to serve
  • Mint leaves, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the flavorful curry paste, creamy yogurt, and aromatic herbs in a bowl. Add the seafood and coat it evenly in the mixture. Allow the flavors to meld in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until you are ready to cook.
  • Grill prawns and fish over high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until perfectly cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh baby spinach, fragrant mint leaves, and zesty lime wedges.
