Delicious no-cook Mexican ceviche made with lime-marinated fish and fresh crunchy vegetables, perfect with crispy tostado shells or chips.
Ingredients:
  • 8 tilapia fillets
  • 15 limes, juiced
  • 1 large tomato, finely diced
  • 1 large red onion, finely diced
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
  • 0.5 bunch finely chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Dice the fresh tilapia into bite-sized chunks, then transfer them to a spacious bowl. Drizzle with ample lime juice until the fish is fully submerged.
  • Combine the tomatoes, red onion, and cucumbers in a bowl. Gently fold in the cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill the ceviche in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour to develop flavors. Adjust seasoning as needed with salt and pepper before serving.
