Indulgent hot fudge sauce with beer, brown sugar, chocolate, and malted milk ball topping for extra texture.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups high-quality dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup stout draught beer (from 14.9-oz can)
  • 1/2 gallon (8 cups) low-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate-covered malted milk balls
Instructions:
  • In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, brown sugar, and beer. Continuously whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Spoon scoops of ice cream into separate dessert bowls, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with crushed malted milk balls.
