Whiskey-infused brown sugar peaches - perfect as a decadent side or boozy ice cream topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger whiskey
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add peaches and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla, and whiskey, then simmer for 20 minutes until peaches are soft and sauce is darkened. Serve as a side dish or over ice cream.
