Indulgent cheesecake steals the show.
Ingredients:
  • 125g plain chocolate biscuits
  • 25.00 gm ground almonds
  • 80g salted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 107.50 gm caster sugar
  • 200g Toblerone chocolate, (see notes) melted
  • 200g Toblerone chocolate, extra, grated
Instructions:
  • Pulse biscuits in a food processor until finely crumbled. Add almonds and butter; pulse for 10 seconds. Press mixture into a greased 20cm springform pan; chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before using.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Incorporate melted chocolate and cream until mixture is well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the crumb base using a spatula and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, garnish the cheesecake with grated chocolate.
