Toblerone cocktail recipe

Indulgent cocktail featuring honey, Toblerone chocolate, Baileys, and Frangelico. Doubles as a decadent dessert. Quick to make, yet impresses guests post-dinner.
Ingredients:
  • Handful of ice-cubes
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) chocolate liqueur
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) butterscotch schnapps
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 40.00 ml Frangelico Liqueur
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 50g bar Toblerone chocolate
  • 150g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
  • 100ml thickened cream
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, melt Toblerone and cream together over gentle heat until smooth, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before pouring it into a squeeze bottle.
  • Add ice cubes to a jug or cocktail shaker, then pour in the chocolate liqueur, schnapps, Baileys, Frangelico, and cream. Mix or shake until fully combined and chilled.
  • 1. Coat the inside of 2 martini glasses with a generous drizzle of honey. 2. Drizzle the rim of each glass with chocolate sauce, letting it gently cascade down the sides. 3. Pour the cocktail mixture evenly into the glasses. 4. Garnish with Toblerone pieces. 5. Finish with an extra drizzle of chocolate sauce before serving.
