Indulge in a decadent chocolate, coconut, and walnut pie - a crowd-pleaser for any sweet occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.25 cups self-rising flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 0.75 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 0.66666668653488 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 unbaked frozen pie shell
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, vigorously beat eggs until light and foamy. Mix in flour, white sugar, and brown sugar until fully incorporated. Gently fold in butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Fold in walnuts, coconut, and chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until fully cooked, approximately 1 hour.
