Spiced eggnog batter mixed with milk and rum.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound butter
  • 1.5 pounds confectioners' sugar
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground mace
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions:
  • Cream the butter and sugar using an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add the egg yolks one by one, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. In a separate large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy and soft peaks form. Gently fold the fluffy egg whites into the yolk mixture. Finally, stir in the rum, salt, mace, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom.
  • In a mug, mix together 1 ounce of rum and 1 cup of hot milk. Then, stir in 1 tablespoon of the Tom and Jerry mixture.
