Cozy up with our festive, creamy, and warm Christmas Tom & Jerry cocktail - a must-have at our annual holiday party!
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 1.25 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 20 fluid ounces brandy
  • 24 cups milk
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Begin by carefully separating the eggs. In a large bowl, whip the egg whites until they become frothy. Gradually add 3/4 cup of confectioners' sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining confectioners' sugar and 4 to 5 tablespoons of brandy until it turns light and lemon-colored. Gently fold in the egg whites and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Heat the milk in a large stock pot until hot but not boiling. Keep the milk hot by reducing the heat.
  • Into each mug, pour a generous 2 tablespoons of brandy (adjust to your liking), followed by 1 large heaping tablespoon of the egg mixture. Stir well and top up the mug with steaming hot milk. Finish by layering another tablespoon of the egg mixture on top and a sprinkle of nutmeg for a delightful touch.
