Easy and stylish tomato, olive & bocconcini salad in a jar.
Ingredients:
  • 700g tomato medley, halved lengthways
  • 220g tub bocconcini, drained
  • 100g kalamata olives
  • 82.50 ml small basil leaves
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Slice the tomatoes in half lengthwise and cut the bocconcini into 1/2 cm thick slices.
  • Arrange tomatoes, bocconcini, olives, and basil leaves in a beautiful glass preserving jar. Delicately drizzle with high-quality extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Enjoy at room temperature.
