Ingredients:
  • 45.50 gm extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 500g grape tomatoes or mini roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 62.50 ml flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine oil, garlic, and vinegar. Add tomatoes, onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving with barbecued steak or lamb kebabs.
