Spooky tombstone cupcakes, perfect for Halloween fun!
Ingredients:
  • 8 Belvita Breakfast Milk & Cereals biscuits
  • 150g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 8 Red Velvet Cupcakes or Cookies & Cream Cupcakes
  • 4 Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits, crushed
  • Dark chocolate writing icing, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Trim 2cm from the end of each breakfast biscuit. Melt the chocolate in a bowl. Dip each biscuit into the chocolate using a fork, ensuring it's coated, and transfer to the tray. Repeat for all biscuits. Allow to set.
  • Spread the icing on top of the cupcakes with a palette knife. Put the crushed biscuit in a small bowl. Dip the cupcakes, icing-side down, in the biscuit, and then place on a serving platter. Repeat with the rest of the cupcakes and crushed biscuit.
  • Using writing icing, delicately adorn the biscuits and nestle them atop the cupcakes.
