Creamy coleslaw with tangy mayo dressing, lemon, sugar, and horseradish for a zesty twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (28 ounce) package coleslaw mix
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, onion powder, dry mustard, celery salt, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl, whisking until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Gently mix coleslaw mix with dressing until fully coated. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
