Delight your loved ones with a flavorful tray-baked chicken stroganoff.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5kg chicken drumstick
  • 1.25 gm smoked paprika
  • 510.00 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 240g cherry truss tomatoes
  • 200g button mushrooms, halved
  • 58.75 gm sour cream
  • 40.00 ml coarsely chopped fresh chives
  • Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven, then coat chicken with paprika in a bowl. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour over the stock and garlic mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through cooking. Enjoy!
  • 1. Cut the tomatoes into small clusters. Arrange around the chicken along with the mushrooms, then season. Bake for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Transfer the chicken and tomatoes to a plate. Add sour cream to the dish, stir well. Return the chicken and tomatoes, then sprinkle with chives. Serve with bread.
