Ingredients:
  • 1 treviso lettuce, leaves separated, washed, dried
  • 500.00 ml watercress sprigs, washed, dried
  • 2 baby fennel bulbs, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 220g goats cheese, crumbled
  • 60g (1/2 cup) dry roasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 42.00 gm fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Incorporate the treviso, watercress, fennel, goat cheese, and walnuts in a spacious bowl.
  • Combine the oil and lemon juice in a small jug, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving.
