Treviso Mediterranean salad

Ingredients:
  • 3 saladette truss tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 4.60 gm extra light olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 60g baby mesclun
  • 50g baby watercress salad
  • 1 treviso (radicchio) lettuce
  • 95g olive
  • 200g bocconcini cheese, quartered
  • Praise balsamic or Italian dressing, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a spacious bowl, combine the tomatoes with flavorful olive oil, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently toss until the tomatoes are evenly coated in the luscious oil.
  • Combine the mesclun, watercress, treviso, olives, and bocconcini in the bowl.
  • Plate the salad individually in serving bowls and generously drizzle with the flavorful dressing before enjoying.
