Create a decadent sauce to pair with your gnocchi.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
  • 130g (1/2 cup) mascarpone
  • 40g (1/2 cup) shredded parmesan
  • 60g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Combine thickened cream, mascarpone, parmesan, and blue cheese in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Mix in fresh chives and season with pepper. Toss the sauce with cooked gnocchi until well combined.
