Irresistible triple chocolate cake for your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 500ml thickened cream
  • 49.50 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 2 x 50g chocolate honeycomb bars
  • 250g packet Cottage Cookies Triple Choc Temptation
  • milk chocolate curls, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Whip cream, icing sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Finely chop 1 honeycomb bar. Gently mix it with half of the cream mixture. Use this sweet blend to sandwich the cookies together. Place them on a plate to shape 2 logs next to each other. Coat the top and sides of the logs with the remaining cream mixture. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Finely chop the remaining honeycomb bar. Sprinkle the chopped honeycomb and chocolate curls on top of the cake right before serving. To enhance presentation, slice the cake diagonally to create a stunning striped pattern.
