Triple-choc favourites brownie

Indulge in a decadent triple chocolate brownie filled with Cadbury Favourites for the ultimate chocolatey delight.
Ingredients:
  • 180g dark chocolate, chopped, plus 100g extra, melted, to drizzle
  • 250g butter, chopped
  • 480g (3 cups, lightly packed) brown sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 225g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
  • 50g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped
  • 320g pkt Favourites chocolate bars, halved
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease and line a 5cm-deep, 17 x 24cm cake pan with baking paper. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  • Combine sugar and eggs in a large bowl and whisk until mixed. Sift in flour and cocoa, then add chocolate mixture and stir well. Gently fold in white chocolate.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and level it out. Bake for 40 minutes. Arrange the halved chocolate bars on top, then bake for an additional 5 minutes until the brownie is set and a skewer comes out with crumbs. Let it cool a bit before serving.
  • Drizzle the brownie with rich dark chocolate and allow it to cool for a moment. Slice into 12 delectable pieces.
