Elevate brownie mix with fudgy pudding and frosting in wine glass trifle. Rich, decadent dessert presentation.
Ingredients:
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix, made as directed on box
- 1 box (6-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix, made as directed on box
- 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
- For the trifle, dice the brownies into 1/2-inch squares. Arrange a layer of brownie squares at the base of a trifle bowl or 4 to 6 wine glasses. Top the brownies with a layer of pudding.
- Combine frosting and thawed whipped topping in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread a layer of the frosting mixture over the pudding mixture.
- Create another layer using a second batch of brownies, pudding, and frosting mixture. Optionally, decorate with fresh berries and mint sprigs. Chill in the fridge.
