Whirl up fruit and yogurt for a quick, tasty smoothie in five minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups vanilla artificially sweetened low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries*
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Divide smoothie equally among glasses and serve promptly.
