Citrus-marinated grilled chicken with a zesty kick from lime, orange juice, honey, and red pepper flakes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Combine the orange juice, lime juice, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, then transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken, coat well with the marinade, remove excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Pat the marinated chicken dry and place it on the grill. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side until no longer pink and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure it reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Garnish with cilantro before serving.
