5-ingredient, 5-minute healthy lunch idea - quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 x 125g tub 90-second microwave brown rice
  • 95g can tuna in olive oil, drained, flaked
  • 110g (1 1/2 cups) kale slaw, without dressing
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 5.30 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Warm rice in the microwave for 30 seconds or until fully heated.
  • In a bowl, mix together rice, tuna, and kale slaw. Drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce, then toss to combine.
