Tuna and salad mini wraps

Create vibrant rainbow wraps for a fun and delicious family lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 200g can tuna in springwater, drained
  • 125g plain yoghurt
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 sheets wholemeal lavash bread
  • 40g mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together tuna, yogurt, chives, basil, and celery. Add a dash of freshly cracked pepper for seasoning.
  • Lay down 1 lavash sheet on a flat surface. Spread half of the lettuce over one short end, leaving a 2cm border. Add half of the tuna mixture and half of the tomato. Roll up the lavash to wrap the filling. Cut into quarters. Repeat the process with the remaining lavash, lettuce, tuna mixture, and tomato. Serve and enjoy!
