Tuna and salad rolls

Whip up a creamy tuna salad and stuff it into hollowed out bread rolls for a convenient and satisfying meal on the go.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Kaiser or Ciabatta rolls
  • 2 x 95g cans Yellowfin Tuna Chunks in Springwater, drained
  • 39.60 gm mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 small carrot, peeled into ribbons
Instructions:
  • Slice off the top of each roll using a serrated knife. Carefully remove the inside of each roll, ensuring to leave a 1cm-thick shell.
  • In a small bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, celery, and chives. Spread the mixture onto roll bases with lettuce, then season. Finish by adding cucumber, carrot, and roll tops.
