Quick and affordable dinner made with only 6 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 600g potato
  • 425g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
  • 2 celery stalks, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 75g baby spinach
  • 87.45 gm yoghurt and garlic dressing
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, add the potatoes and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower the heat to medium and cook for 15 to 17 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
  • Combine potatoes, tuna, celery, tomato, and spinach in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then toss everything together. Serve and enjoy!
