Revamp your go-to tuna salad with fresh avocado for a mayo-free, flavor-packed twist!
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 (5 ounce) can light tuna (such as Century®)
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • 0.5 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch chili powder, or more to taste
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Transfer the avocado flesh into a bowl, leaving the shells aside.
  • Combine the tuna, tomatoes, cilantro, pepper, chili powder, and salt until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the shells to serve.
