Tuna brown rice salad

Create a fabulous meal with just six ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 450g packet brown rice in 2 1/2 minutes
  • 310g can corn kernels, drained
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 425g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 64.38 gm 100% fat-free French salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Prepare the rice according to package instructions, then transfer it to a big bowl. Gently fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Combine corn, tomato, tuna, and three-quarters of the onion with the rice. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in the dressing. Toss everything together until well combined. Garnish with the remaining onion before serving.
