Whip up a quick and easy Bisquick® casserole in just 15 minutes using ingredients you likely already have on hand.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken & mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine tuna, soup, vegetables, and 2/3 cup milk in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake without covering for 20 minutes.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, cheese, and 1/2 cup of milk in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Spoon 6 dollops of dough onto the hot tuna mixture.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the biscuits turn a golden brown hue. Then, combine butter and garlic powder, and brush this mixture over the warm biscuits.
